AFEM launched a groundbreaking new survey exploring neurodiversity in the electronic music industry workplace. Add your voice and contribute!
The Association For Electronic Music (AFEM) is taking the Music Industry on its first steps into neurodiversity. Indeed, they are launching a survey which is the first of its kind in our field!
The survey will be crucial in helping inform organizations and employees. Indeed, it permits to understand what it’s like to work in the electronic music industry with a neurodiverse condition or employ people that have one. This survey takes neurodiversity to mean ASD (Autism Spectrum Disorder), ADHD, dyslexia, dyscalculia, dyspraxia, and Tourette Syndrome.
The goal of these results is to help everyone to support better all neurodiverse music industry professionals. Tristan Hunt, AFEM Health Group founder, and Regional Manager said:
“By taking part in this survey, you will help create an industry that better understands and supports people with neurodiverse conditions, so making it a happier and healthier place for everyone who works in it.”
The bottom line is that it is important to add your voice and contribute to a more inclusive industry! HERE is the survey, all responses are completely anonymous.
