Body Movements – A New Playground

back when we started this we never dreamt our diy radical queer gathering could grow beyond the walls of hackney wick. now with your support we feel the need to take her to the next level – our own space, our own playground – outdoors, beneath the trees. in this new chapter we will be able to produce all aspects of the event – creating london’s first outdoor queer dance music festival, custom stages and high end sound and lighting. the playground of our dreams – our bodies will dance and celebrate together. we have got a limited number of tickets available to our closest supporters. please be sure to sign up to our for all the information and tickets – follow the link to RSVP. onwards. love team bm x BODY MOVEMENTS COMMUNITY FUND: all tickets include a donation to the body movements community fund. this fund will be used to donate to various causes. we have raised over ?30,000 so far. previous causes supported include: London Trans+ Pride, Palestine Children’s Relief Fund, Play They Magazine, Stonewall Housing, Gendered Intelligence, We Exist Emergency Help Fund for the Trans Community. COMMUNITY TICKETING – UNEMPLOYED/LOW WAGED TICKETS: we know that in the current climate many of our community are struggling and experiencing financial hardship – we hold back tickets for those in need. we will release these tickets nearer the event. please register via the link at the bottom of the page. STUDENT TICKETS: alongside our Community Tickets that you need to apply for we also have Student Tickets that will be openly accessible. for these tickets you need to have a valid NUS or college ID card at entry. PAY IT FORWARD TICKETS: we all deserve to move our bodies regardless of our financial position. the “Pay It Forward” option encourages an ecosystem of care, not only will this ticket give you full access to the festival but will part fund another person’s ticket too. as an independent festival with no external shareholder investment we feel it’s important to work collectively in ensuring the full spectrum of LGBTQ+ identities are part of this celebration. DEPOSIT TICKETS: in order to help people budget we have also created a deposit ticket system. these tickets are for pre-3pm entry and you are able to pay for an initial instalment of ?30 + booking fee – a second payment will be required by monday 3rd june. if you do not pay the remainder on time you will lose the ticket and they are non-refundable. more info on 2nd payment process in link below.
