The label Rebirth Records his seeing another great remix released on it! Frankey & Sandrino revisited the famous 'Whole World' by Silky Sunday !
The duo Frankey & Sandrino has remixed the famous track of Silky Sunday feat. Snoux: Whole World! The remix is out on Rebirth Records since this Friday, January 29th!
The original track comes from a stalwart of Italian independent electronic music, Shield’s Rebirth Records. Under the moniker Silky Sunday, Roy Stroebel and Mike Rubin offer a ‘song of hope amongst a climate of insecurity and emergency’.
Frankey & Sandrino offer an alternate perspective of this optimistic outlook, carving out a brooding, four-to-the-floor dancefloor stomper – clubs or no clubs, there’s no doubt where this track is intended to be heard.
“Remixes for us are about interpretation. Taking elements, sounds or meanings and developing, twisting and reimagining them, but without thinking too much about it”, write’s Sandrino. “Each time it’s a different process for us”, continues Frankey. “There was no intention to change the emotions or feelings of this track, it’s based on a musical instinct. Sometimes we try and limit ourselves by using less of an original track.”
