Dutch techno veteran Reinier Zonneveld and emerging German star Kiki Solveig have joined together to record their debut collaboration EP, titled 'Keine Love, Kein Rave'. The EP will be released this Friday on Filth on Acid.
‘Keine Love, Kein Rave’ is a four-track EP that combines the individual approaches of both musicians to produce a distinctive and thrilling sound. The title track, which translates to ‘No Love, No Rave’ in English, sets the tone for the EP with its powerful basslines and pounding drums. The strong beat of the music is supplemented with haunting vocal samples, creating a dark and scary mood that is sure to get dancefloors moving.
Each performer contributes two solo tracks to the EP. ‘Dyspnea’ by Kiki Solveig is a relentless and mesmerizing tune that steadily rises in intensity, while ‘Escalation’ by Zonneveld is a hard-hitting techno classic that shows his characteristic sound.
The EP’s last track, ‘All I Want,’ reunites the two musicians once more, blending their approaches to produce a strong and evocative composition. The powerful bassline and soaring synth melodies of the tune generate a sense of exhilaration, making it the EP’s excellent concluding track.
Ultimately, ‘Keine Love, Kein Rave’ demonstrates Kiki Solveig and Reinier Zonneveld’s brilliance and originality. Their cooperation has resulted in a one-of-a-kind and exhilarating EP that will undoubtedly create ripples in the techno world. ‘Keine Liebe, Kein Rave’ is a must-listen for techno aficionados everywhere, with its hard-hitting drums, evocative melodies, and strong rhythms.
