Rainbow Serpent Festival has come a long way over the years. From a small gathering in a secluded clearing, to an internationally recongnized, multifaceted weekend of dance, colour, expression and celebration. People now travel from all over the world to Western Victoria to experience this outdoor festival in the Southern Hemisphere.
