EXIT Festival, one of Europe's most renowned music events, has just announced its lineup and it's nothing short of spectacular.
From Amelie Lens to Eric Prydz, Ben Böhmer to Nina Kraviz, the festival promises to offer an unforgettable experience to music lovers from all over the world.
For over 20 years, the Dance Arena at EXIT Festival has been a global phenomenon, a place that major media and international artists have proclaimed as the best electronic music stage in the world. Countless legendary nights and mornings have contributed each year to the creation of a place that has become more than just a stage but a magnificent temple of electronic music.
This year, from July 6th to 9th, the fortress of Petrovaradin will shine with a special energy led by the absolute number one of the electronic scene, Eric Prydz, whose performance has been awaited by the EXIT and Serbia audience for an entire decade! He heads a mega list of names that will invade the Dance Arena, including international heroes and heroines such as Amelie Lens, Indira Paganotto, Nina Kraviz, Keinemusik, Michael Bibi, Hot Since 82, Ben Böhmer live, CamelPhat, Mind Against, Agents Of Time live, Vintage Culture, Layla Benitez, Gioli & Assia live, and regional artists like Tijana T, Space Motion, Coeus, and Marko Nastić, who will celebrate 25 years of their work. A fresh stream also arrives on the neighboring, younger and more progressive stage, NSNS, with its main attractions including Avalon Emerson, Ben UFO, Patrick Mason, Carlita, Shimza, Desiree, Partiboi 69, and Cici.
The festival’s curiosity this year does not only lie in its extensive lineup but also in EXIT’s special vision for the festival’s opening and closing. The first day of the Dance Arena will be entirely devoted to an all-female lineup composed of Nina Kraviz, Amelie Lens, Indira Paganotto, Tijana T, and Miju, and it is probably the strongest techno lineup that can be put together in one place today. The closing set of the Arena and the festival will be entrusted, with much excitement, to the most sought-after house collective today, Keinemusik, who will also perform after the official program’s closure at the official after-party, all for a minimum of six hours! “We’ll stay until Tuesday” is one of the comments on social media after the online campaign launch to get these great masters to close the Arena.
Besides these two artists, one of EXIT’s oldest stages, the Urban Bug stage, has also added a long list of local and regional artists to its lineup. With such an incredible lineup, this year’s EXIT Festival will undoubtedly be an event to remember.
But the festival’s not just about the music; it’s about the people who make it happen, the culture, and the sense of community. The festival attracts music enthusiasts from all over the world who come together to experience the magic of Petrovaradin Fortress, a stunning setting for an unforgettable music experience. The festival also offers a diverse range of food and drink options, cultural activities, and immersive art installations.
As we emerge from a global pandemic, the return of festivals like EXIT is a beacon of hope and a symbol of the return of live music events. This year’s lineup promises to be one of the most electrifying yet, with some of the biggest names in the industry taking the stage. So mark your calendars, book your tickets, and get ready to dance the night away at EXIT Festival 2023.
