We’re talking about one of Europe’s largest open air electronic music festivals today, particularly taking place on the southern bank of Balaton, Hungary. Can you guess what I’m talking about? Indeed, today’s episode will be featuring Balaton Sound 2020!
This event has been in the industry for the past 13 years, co-created by the organizers of Sziget Festival. More than 150,000 music lovers gather to one place to party across five different days with some of the world’s largest EDM, house, and hip hop DJs.

Now, imagine seaside lounges, restaurants, bars, and anything you need under the sun to enjoy the Balaton view! Balaton sound makes sure to accomodate all of the needs of their partygoers within their massive party area. Balaton itself, being the biggest lake in Central Europe, is regarded as a touristic center!

One thing Balaton Sound prides themselves with is the ability to round up some of the biggest artists in the industry for their five-day blowout.
Some of the biggest names across the five dates!
On Wednesday, Balaton Sound attendees can catch Banks, Carnage, Don Diablo, JpegMafia, and Julian Jeweil, to name a few, followed by Dimitri Vegas and Like Mike, Jonas Blue, Meduza, Mind Against Deborah De Luca, and Steve Aoki on the second day.
On Friday, July 10, some of the performers include Archie Hamilton, Ilario Alicante, Kygo, Lost Frequencies, Modestep Live, and Patrick Topping. Then, Danny Tenaglia, Majka & Curtis, Paul van Dyk, Robin Schulz, and Sigala are some of the performers the day after!
To close off Balaton Sound 2020 with a bang, day five will feature Dillon Francis, DJ Snake, Jax Jones, Loud Luxury, and Zhu.

We’re gonna tell you now – you need to get your tickets ahead of time for this event! Options range from multi-day ticket, multi-day VIP ticket, day ticket, VIP day ticket, and GA ticket. You can also chip in extra for camping and camping accessories, as well as accomodations for the entire experience!
Camping varies from basic camping, beach camping, caravan camping, podpads village, and belgian camping deluxe village.
