About This Event

After a soldout edition in 2022, we return to Bristol this September for another day of dancing, featuring over 25 artists, spread across 3 outdoor stages.

Saturday 9th September
Propyard, Bristol
13:00 – 22:00

Concept

After a sold out first edition in 2022, Shall Not Fade returns to their hometown Bristol this September for a multi genre outdoor day-event with a diverse line-up focussing around the
label’s extensive family of artists, spread across three stages. This year’s edition welcomes the introduction of an opening concert taking place on Friday 8th September at Bristol venue Strange Brew, focussing solely on live artists. Shall Not Fade also welcome a new third stage for this year focussing on emerging breakthrough artists and local talent.

Values

Shall Not Fade Festival is committed to promoting inclusivity and diversity. This
has been carefully considered through a hand-picked lineup which is
representative of their various labels. This year’s edition will see the introduction of a third stage which will focus on local artists & emerging talent.

The Venue

The festival will take place at Bristol’s newest urban playground Propyard, a multi purpose blank canvas events space that in the last year has hosted everything from the renowned Van Gogh Immersive Experience to sold out Boiler Room events, amongst others. Based in a formerly disused ministry of defense base that allows the organiser free reign, resulting in each event there being different and unique. Spread across three outdoor stages, one playing host to the parent Shall Not Fade label (focussing on all things House & Techno), stage two hosts last years DJ Mag ‘breakthrough label of the year’ Time Is Now (focussing on all things Bass) and the third (new for this year), focussing on local and emerging talent.

Food

We’ve invited some of Bristol’s most reputable eateries down to provide on-site
catering, including Palestinian pop up Jafra and Bristol’s favorite sourdough specialists Pizzarova.

Festival Host
The festival is 100% independently run by Bristol-based record label, store and worldwide music family Shall Not Fade.
