Joris Voorn strikes again in the electronic dance music scene with his second EP of 2016, “The Great Esquape.”
I'm sure a lot of Joris Voorn fans have been waiting for his EP, especially because he pumped them up with recent remixes for Infinity Ink, Bob Moses, and Michel De Hey.
“Esquape” being one of the tracks, Joris Voorn perfectly finds the sweet spot between house and techno. Percussive fills and turbo-charged FX build the tension of the tune, making it a perfect end-of-summer track. If you're going to hit up the sun one last time, “Esquape” is for you!
“Orange” is a stunning composition as well, centering around a sparkling synth arpeggio. Pete Tong selected this track as Essential New Tune in his weekly Friday radio show on BBC Radio 1, probably because it filters up and down providing moments of intensity and calm in equal measures. “Orange” is an adventure in a song!
Be sure to get your hands on “The Great Esquape” now, and let us know which of the tracks you're loving! http://www.jorisvoorn.com
