With a staggering 360 million YouTube views, 1 million YouTube subscribers, and more than 4 million Facebook followers, DJ BL3ND has won legions of superfans (known as BL3NDERS) across the globe with his exuberant viral videos and electrifying live sets.
DJ BL3ND’s road to success was not easy. With the steady creation of crazy videos and high energy mixes, he built a career out of nothing into an internationally acclaimed DJ act by gathering a global fanbase of BL3NDERS. In 2009, he was catapulted into the public eye with his Club Mix YouTube video where he donned his signature mask. The video racked up over 80 million hits and DJ BL3ND was born. Within 3 years, he was playing clubs and festivals around the US (including Electric Zoo, Spring Awakening and Electric Adventure) and in the process, creating one of the most engaging live shows of any touring artist. There’s a certain energy to his performances that you don’t get with a normal DJ. Whether it’s for a club of 300 people or a festival of 20,000, DJ BL3ND never fails to electrify audiences with his high-octane mixing and passionate crowd interaction.
Over the years, his success has been documented by everyone from Billboard, to SoundCloud, to DJ Mag. He’s the record-holder on Billboard’s Uncharted Chart, holding the top spot for 62 weeks and remaining in the charts for a total of 103 weeks; and he was named SoundCloud ‘Artist of the Year.’ He won his hard-earned place in the prestigious DJ Mag Top 100 in 2013, coming in at #91, and in 2014, jumped to #78 on the chart, solidifying his position as one of the world’s top performers.
In 2014, DJ BL3ND stormed the international touring circuit, taking his show outside of the US for the first time officially since Tomorrowland in 2013 and playing some of the biggest festivals around the world. Now, in 2015, DJ BL3ND looks to continue his international momentum, venturing across the globe to showcase his one of a kind live performances to audiences in new countries.
