Proud of its rich maritime past, the City of Saint-Tropez, resolutely turned towards the future, has decided to create a modern museum space in the heart of the keep of the Citadel which, for more than 400 years, has crowned the city.
This new museum allows all visitors to discover the daily life of the men and women who, century after century, shaped Saint-Tropez today. Open all year round, the Saint-Tropez Maritime History Museum was the most visited museum in the Var department in 2014.
