Since its start in 2010, Festival Nrmal, founded in Monterrey city, and since 2014, also running in Mexico City, has focused on presenting a fresh, purposeful and edgy musical programmation, with emphasis on the power and quality of live acts, rather than its impact on the musical market. Every year, the festival becomes the meeting point of an audience eager for different sounds, in a context in which having extraordinary experiences and closeness among all the participants are the priority.
In each edition Festival Nrmal presents a lineup confirming its affinity for projects that take established sounds further, with risk and innovation. In resonance with the wide sound range of the Mexican line up, the international coordinates are pretty global, with projects arriving from Argentina, Chile, Colombia, Puerto Rico, Costa Rica, Mexico, Sweden, Brazil, Spain, Syria, Australia, Germany, Canada, France and the United States.
