The firm helmed by Director, Bobby Mukherji & Associates, Paulomi Shah, an experienced design whiz when it comes to luxury hospitality spaces around the world has passionately conceptualised the design narrative of Matahaari. Together, they have personified the infamous dancer through art and architecture.
Noted food consultant and gourmand Nikhil Merchant has conceptualised an extensive food and beverage menu keeping in sync with the theme and succeeds in bringing to life Matahaari and her inexhaustible appetite for all things luxurious. In keeping with her Asian influences, Matahaari’s cuisine spans Chinese, Japanese and Thai, along with Indian dishes. The 70+ delicacies is executed by their corporate chef Shailendra Bhandari with a customizable banquet menu selection for private events. Five signature cocktails, with names synonymous to the dancer are on the cards, especially the firecracker of a cocktail ‘Femme Fatale’
