The RADIOLA’s history started in 2010 by its founder Ricardo Albuquerque with a group of friends with the same idea and will to share electronic music knowledge.
The brand has quickly transformed in own events, making the first RADIOLA Showcase party in 2011, with local and international DJs.
With the desire to expand to musical production, Albuquerque joined the Curitiba producer Guilherme Assenheimer aka Haustuff in 2012 to create the RADIOLA Records label in a place where is known to be the first coworking entirely dedicated to electronic music in Brazil. Among the studios and laboratories, there is a unique cultural and shared space, which brings together DJs, producers, VJs and the RADIOLA creative and administrative staff.
The headquarter has become a mandatory stop of renowned DJs that pass through the city, where besides the share of knowledge, were held many RADIOLA TV live stream events, with live DJ sets broadcasted online.
Present in the best clubs and festivals of Brazil, such as Warung, D-Edge, TribalTech and Club Vibe, the RADIOLA Label Night party has consolidated itself presenting the label artists and special guests in events that involve structure, audiovisual effects and interaction with the public. In October 2012, RADIOLA was present at the main event of artists and professionals of the electronic music industry, the Amsterdam Dance Event.
Influenced by the House Music culture, the Curitiba label becomes year after year more experienced and representative on the national and international music scene.
