The iconic club night "Love to be..." is marking its 30th anniversary with a special one-off show at Eden in Ibiza this August.
Known as the ‘North’s original super club,’ Love to be… has been a significant force in the UK’s house music scene since its inception in 1994.
Renowned for its innovative club decor, stilt walkers, flamboyant dancers, and hosts, Love to be… quickly set the standard for house music events across the UK. The anniversary event will be headlined by David Penn, a respected Spanish DJ, producer, and remixer. Penn, the founder of Urbana Recordings, has collaborated with DJ Chus and has been associated with Defected Records. His energetic live performances, which often include live keyboard playing, have earned him accolades, including the title of Best House Artist of 2019 by Traxsource. His notable tracks include “Big Love,” “Stand Up,” and “Nobody.”
Supporting David Penn are Love to be… residents Doorly and Trimtone, alongside Griff and Miss Foster. These artists have been integral to the brand’s enduring popularity and its ability to deliver unforgettable clubbing experiences.
