Techno luminary Nicole Moudaber collaborates with The London Community Gospel Choir on the inspiring track 'Rise Up,' now available via Nothing Else Matters.
After over a year in the making, ‘Rise Up’ is a heartfelt endeavor for Nicole Moudaber, who has long felt a profound connection to the original Soul Providers’ record from her clubbing days. It has always been a dream of hers to work on, and she finally made it a reality by enlisting the London Community Gospel Choir to re-record the lyrics and recorded with them in her London studio. Moudaber skillfully fuses the choir’s soulful vocals with her distinctive stomping techno sound, reimagining the original as a forward-thinking techno anthem with a touch of dancefloor nostalgia.

“This single has always resonated with me on a deeply personal level, but it is also so relatable on a universal level – considering all that is happening in the world right now. The message ‘Rise, Rise Up, Dust off and do it again’ is such a powerful message: together we can come together and Rise Up to the next level. We recorded with 8 members of the London Community Gospel Choir, and let me tell you, I had GOOSEBUMPS! I think we made a little piece of magic that day. I am so happy you guys can all finally hear it,” says Nicole Moudaber.
Nicole Moudaber, one of the hardest-working women in techno, continues to elevate the genre with each passing year. Whether she’s producing for renowned labels like Drumcode, Hot Creations, Nervous Records, and Nothing Else Matters, captivating audiences at top festivals and clubs worldwide, or creating mesmerizing visual experiences for her In The Mood nights, it’s evident that Moudaber remains at the pinnacle of her game.
