Delta Festival has just announced the second line-up release for its highly anticipated 2023 edition, and it's safe to say that fans are in for a treat.

The second line-up release includes a diverse range of artists from different genres, ensuring that there will be something for everyone. DAMSO, OFENBACH, WORAKLS ORCHESTRA… will be performing! This year, the festival is once again playing host to the Monde des Possibles, a citizen convention for young people. With almost 800 youth organisations involved, including nearly 450 student associations representing over 800,000 young people, the Monde des Possibles is a chance for young people to make their voices heard on five key themes: the environment, the economy, living together, culture, and health.
At the heart of the festival, visitors will find over 5,000 square meters of villages dedicated to these themes, with more than 600 exhibitors offering their ideas and insights. And for the second year in a row, the villages will also feature an Agora, where prominent figures from the worlds of business, politics, and civil society will propose and debate ideas. At the end of these sessions, the most promising proposals will be included in the second edition of the Youth White Paper, which will be presented to decision-makers in politics and the economy.
