Dance music social media network, The Tribes, is set to launch a new television platform called Tribes TV. This groundbreaking platform will join forces with leading electronic music channel Blanc, boasting over a million subscribers and 400 million views, Insight TV and us at Clubbing TV!
Tribes TV aims to create a content hub offering both short and long-form audiovisual materials. Viewers can expect to see exclusive behind-the-scenes footage, tour diaries, DJ studio sessions, artist interactions, on-site takeovers, and backstage interviews. The platform will showcase clubs and festivals from around the globe, including prominent events like Hideout, Amnesia Ibiza, Echoes of Agatha, Electric Zoo, and many more.
Heading the Tribes TV team is Ibiza-based, bilingual presenter Katie Knight, who has hosted electronic music TV shows and events for prominent organizations like Awakenings Festival, DJ Mag, and Ibiza Spotlight. Guest influencers and presenters, ranging from TikTok stars to music industry figures and DJs, will also join her on this new venture.
Video production for Tribes TV will be handled by Mutual Friends Creative Agency, a fresh collaboration between Lawrence Jones and Liam Smith. As dance music enthusiasts eagerly await this innovative platform, Tribes TV promises to bring a new dimension of entertainment to the electronic music scene.
With more than 1,000 campaigns under its belt, The Tribes manages some of the largest community channels in electronic music, covering the full spectrum of the genre and boasting over 35 million followers across 150 channels.
Alex Jukes, director of Jukebox and The Tribes, expressed his enthusiasm for the project: “We are super-excited to have put together a team including some of the strongest partners and most talented presenters, producers, and content creators in the industry. With Tribes TV, we hope to take this to another level again and create engaging, fun, and behind-the-scenes content from your favorite parties across the world with your favorite artists and brands.”
