WHY WE’RE HEADING BACK TO PEACOCK SOCIETY IN 2025

Looking back at 2024: a festival with a soul

We cover festivals all year long. Big names, underground gems, massive crowds, niche gatherings—we’ve seen it all. But Peacock Society 2024 left a serious impression on us.

Why? The crowd.
This wasn’t your average festival audience. It was full of seasoned festival-goers, people who know the codes, how to party freely while respecting the space and each other. The energy was raw, but never messy. It felt like a community.

And beyond that? The organization was solid. Despite a last-minute venue and format change (thanks, Olympics), the event ran smoothly. Crowd flow, logistics, everything was on point.

Last year, we wrote:
“What really stood out was the warm atmosphere wrapping around the site, like a cozy little village where massive warehouses stood alongside more intimate stages. Patches of grass turned into impromptu chill zones, where people sat back and soaked in the experience from a different perspective. We found a beautiful balance in this contrast—between grandeur and intimacy, between hard-hitting energy and moments of calm.”

Turns out, we weren’t the only ones feeling this way. We talked to the crowd, and the feedback was overwhelmingly positive. Even with the changes, people were just happy to be there.

2025: A next-level experience

So what’s different this year? Everything’s dialed up.

A brand-new venue: The legendary Hippodrome Paris-Vincennes.
42,000m² of open-air festival space, a fully immersive scenography, and a layout designed for 30,000 festival-goers.

A mouthwatering lineup:
From the mythical return of Underworld (14 years since their last show in France!) to Charlotte de Witte, KI/KI, Joy Orbison, and Brutalismus 3000, Peacock Society is bringing electronic music in all its forms : techno, house, UK vibes, and underground sounds.

And that’s not even the full list, around 20 more names are still to be announced, and if there’s one thing we know, Peacock always puts the spotlight on the local scene.

Underworld: a moment not to be missed

30 years of Born Slippy.
Their last time in France? 2011.
Their next? Peacock Society 2025.

We’ve seen them three times before.
We’ve danced, screamed, and loved the show three times.
And trust us, we’re ready for a fourth.

More than just a lineup: a festival with purpose

Peacock Society isn’t just about the music, it’s about creating a safer, inclusive, and responsible party space.
