Since we’re heading into the summer season, we need you to imagine beach, sunshine, and music – that is what the festival we’ll be talking about today is all about! This episode, we’re telling you why you NEED to go to Balaton Festival! It’s not just a want, it’s a need because these five reasons will have you packing your bags and heading to Hungary this July 3-7!
The Lineup
We’re starting off the Balaton sound party with its incredible lineup!
Now, something great about this French festival is that the list of artists they offer every year is really eclectic. Whether you’re an EDM lover, or you prefer drum and bass, or techno is your top choice, Balaton Sound has it all for you!
Since Balaton Sound runs for five days, they make sure those days are jam-packed with only the best!
For day 1, on Wednesday, July 3, Armin van Buuren, The Chainsmokers, DJ Snake, J Balvin, Future, G-Eazy, Marshmello, Tiesto, Timmy Trumpet, Jess Glynne, Paul Kalkbrenner, and Rudimental Live will be headlining! On day 2, add some of those artists with Sofi Tukker, Nervo, Jauz, and Will Sparks! For day three, the spotlight is on Nicky Romero and Dubfire. Saturday, July 6 will see Deorro, Vinai, Hernan Cattaneo, Martin Jensen, and Sunnery James & Ryan Marciano. As for the last day, closing out will be DJ Snake, G-Eazy, and Rudimental Live!

The Lake
Balaton sound centers around beach, sunshine, and music, so you can party throughout the night and relax on the beach during the day!
Taking a dip on chilling on a floaty to cold down in the hot summer heat, that is what Lake Balaton is all about! This lake is a freshwater lake in Hungary and is one of the region’s foremost tourist destinations. This is also the largest lake in Central Europe!

The Boat Parties
Set sail on the beautiful Lake Balaton for a few hours of unforgettable fun! You won’t be only be surrounded by friends and festival attendees, but you’ll be partying alongside some incredible DJs as well! Boat parties have become a tradition at Balaton Sound with their unique summer vibes.

The Food
After spending all night dancing, you have to get a good meal to replenish, so Balaton Sound has cuisines from all over the world! Not only that, but they accommodate all types of diets, like if you’re vegetarian, gluten-free, lactose-free, and so on!
