It is full of enthusiasm that the Mediatone team announces the return of the Reperkusound festival for a 17 th edition!
After a cancellation in 2020 and a live streaming version in 2021, the Reperkusound festival is finally back for its 17th edition!
The event will take place at the Double Mixte from Friday 15th to Sunday 17th April 2022 in an enlarged venue. The venue is located in Villeurbanne, France, and unveils a program that is both eclectic and specialized. This 2022 edition gives pride of place to new creations, musical discoveries, and hybrid projects. It is welcoming international headliners in the most beautiful setting and the best technical conditions.
Indeed, 78 French and international talents are invited to the party! They are spread over 4 stages and 3 nights, all of which intersect a multitude of styles, often porous. Techno, Hardcore, Trance, Hip Hop, Dubstep, Electro, World, Dub, Acid, Pop … Reperkusound wishes above all to offer its own view on the contemporary panorama of electronic and urban music.
In addition to an “in-house” program, white cards have been offered to local structures doing a remarkable job to develop specific scenes: Positive Education (minimal techno), Phase (bass music) and TFIF Events (industrial techno & 100% female), as well as the faithful Exoria (dub to trance).
Finally, this year, the public will be plunged into a reinterpretation of the legendary PAC-MAN ® (Bandai Namco / 1980)! We can’t wait to see how crazy it will be.
