Techno DJ and producer, Reinier Zonneveld, has kicked off 2023 with a bang, releasing his fierce remix of D-Devil’s classic “Dance With The Devil (The 6th Gate)” on his own imprint, Filth On Acid. This remix showcases Reinier’s energetic and intense production style, which borders on the intersection between techno and hardcore, incorporating elements of the original such as the haunting spoken vocals and manic synth riff.
Reinier is poised for a busy year of touring, starting with a trip to Australia for a series of shows including a headlining performance at the Sidney Myer Music Bowl on February 19th. Throughout the year, he will be playing at major festivals in the US, Europe, South America and beyond. Reinier’s Filth On Acid label continues to thrive, supporting new talents as well as established acts like Carl Cox, and has a packed release schedule for the year ahead.
Following the success of his recent releases “Oldskool,” the HI-LO collabs “Samsara” and “Nirvana,” and his remix of Mau P’s “Drugs From Amsterdam”, Reinier’s remix of “Dance With The Devil” is set to be another hit. The track will be available exclusively on Beatport on January 27th and on all other platforms on February 10th.
Reinier Zonneveld is known for his marathon live sets and is highly regarded in the techno community. He is a resident DJ at the iconic Awakenings and Time Warp events, and in 2022, he raised the bar on the techno industry with a sold-out 11 hour performance at his Live NOW Festival. His Filth On Acid label is one of the best-selling and most supported labels in the electronic music scene, often claiming the top spot as the leading techno label on Beatport.
