THE HEAVENT FESTIVALS AWARDS

THE HEAVENT FESTIVALS AWARDS recognize the most outstanding music festivals in Europe, regardless of their size or type. This ceremony offers a unique and free opportunity to increase visibility both among the general public and brands sponsoring festivals. We invite you to seize this exceptional opportunity to highlight your festival and join the winners of the 3rd edition of the HEAVENT FESTIVALS AWARDS.

SCHEDULE

1/ Submission of your application
Online applications are open from August 23, 2024, to October 18, 2024. All organizers of music festivals that took place in Europe between September 30, 2023, and September 30, 2024, are eligible to apply.
Please access the application form via the “APPLY” button at the bottom of this page.

2/ Finalist Selection
A jury composed of brand sponsors, partner associations, and institutions will pre-select the finalist entries in each category (see list below).
The results will be communicated by email at the end of October.

3/ Final presentation
Candidates must present their entries to the jury on Tuesday, November 12, 2024, during HEAVENT PARIS at Porte de Versailles.
The presentations will be followed by a jury deliberation session.

4/ HEAVENT FESTIVALS AWARDS Ceremony
The Awards ceremony will take place on the evening of Wednesday, November 13, 2024, during HEAVENT PARIS at Porte de Versailles.

AWARD CATEGORIES

1. Award for the best very large festival : day capacity over 30,000
2. Award for Best Large Festival : day capacity between 15,000 and 30,000
3. Award for best intermediate festival : day capacity between 5,000 and 15,000 seats
4. Award for Best Small Festival : day capacity under 5,000
5. Award for Best Partner Village of the Year
6. Award for the Greenest Festival
7. Best Foreign Festival in Eastern Europe
8. Best Foreign Festival in Southern Europe
9. Best Foreign Festival in Northern Europe

A Special Jury Award will also be presented.

PARTICIPATION CONDITIONS

Each festival may only compete in one category and submit one application.
By submitting their application, the festival agrees to:

• Meet the submission deadline: completed questionnaire, video, and photos
• Provide materials that comply with the organization’s requirements
• Participate in the presentation to the jury and attend the awards ceremony

PROMOTION OF RESULTS

The results will be announced on Wednesday, November 13, 2024, during the Awards Ceremony, which brings together exhibitors and visitors at HEAVENT PARIS.

Submitting an application is free of charge.
Please note that shortlisted foreign festivals will be offered two nights at Mama Shelter Paris West**** during the presentation phase.
