With his new single 'Know You', a track from his incoming album 'Alliance', Aparde gives us a real insight into his character!
‘Alliance‘, the new album of Aparde is a real return to the sources for the German producer, who delivers dark and electronic Berlin deep house. The first release of the single is ‘Know You‘ out via Ki Records!
After his second studio album, much more intimate Hands Rest, Aparde embarks us in the world of Berlin electro to which he got used to. However, inspired by his latest compositions, the producer uses his own voice as a sonic and lyrical element to explore the different rhythms and give a deeper touch to the electronic elements that drive the tracks forward.
With multiple influences and fine production, the listener is captured in the synthetic layers and different textures of the album. ‘I wrote the album to focus on something that relaxes me and cuts me off from reality,‘ says Aparde. The idea is to be carried away by the dystopian atmosphere, characterized by drone sounds and the looping percussion of a drum machine.
Despite the electronic influences of Alliance, the album is not designed for dancing in a club, ‘I wanted to compose tracks with more atmosphere and silence, with few elements but more impact‘ says Aparde. It’s in the middle of the album, that the rhythm of the tracks accelerates: the tracks ‘Lined‘ and ‘The Shift‘, transport us to the dark Berlin club world. Every emotion is transformed into pulsating energy.
At the end of the album, Aparde surprises us again by taking the listener on an emotional journey: Hole features electronic sounds but also melancholic piano notes and prepares us for ‘Know You’: the most vulnerable track of the album, which it already out!
