Clubbing Trends 45 – Parisian Warehouses month on Live DJ Set
Welcome to a fresh new episode of Clubbing Trends! I’m your host, Gianna Llanes, and today, I’ll be talking about our very own channel, Clubbing TV.
If you’ve been following us for a while, you know that this first and only 24/7 lifestyle and dance music channel prides itself in bringing the best of electronic dance music to all of you party lovers around the world. One of our shows offers Live DJ Sets from some of the most well-known artists around the world. And today, we’ll be talking about the theme of our Live DJ Sets this May – Parisian Warehouse.
On Thursdays at 7pm and Fridays at 8pm, artists are coming to the Clubbing TV studios to play hour-long live DJ sets. You know how we’ve been doing this for years – check out our playlist on our Facebook page or website!
For the very special month of May, our channel wanted to highlight Parisian Warehouse resident DJs.
Parties in Paris started a few years ago, humbly only as parties in clubs. However, very quickly, the crowds in these clubs got bigger and bigger, and the public was asking for more. That’s why teams then started to look for warehouses near Paris to organize even bigger celebrations, which equated to a better sound system, and more room to dance! So, specifically, the artists we invited this month came from these original Warehouse party organizers.
We’re starting the month of with a very special guest on May 3, representing the crew Newtrack is Opan. Newtrack, specifically, is a French team that emerged in the scene six years ago. They like to spread their motto of sharing what they love. So, they began doing that through tracks and mixtapes uploaded on the internet, eventually receiving a following who loved their house and techno. The very first time Newtrack as a brand performed in Paris was at the Paris Event Center, where their headliners were Ellen Alien and Lil Louis.

Parfait is representing the Parisian crew Possession this May 10 on Live DJ Set.
Possession first entered the industry by organizing events at The Gibus Club, then expanded to any and all warehouses. Now, they’re known as one of the biggest brands in Paris, defining themselves as a libertarian and freed rendez-vous, determined to satisfy those who love to celebrate the night without stigma, without limits, and without gender barriers.
Last March 23, one of their biggest party happened at yet another warehouse with Shlomo and Paula Temple. Check out part of the aftermovie now! (insert video)

On May 17, you can catch Kuss on Live DJ Set here on Clubbing TV, representing his team, Fee Croquer.
In 2015, Fee Croquer began aiming to propose quality events to the Parisian crowd, not only limiting their artistic content to music, but including non-perishable food, clothing, and school materials as well. What’s great about Fee Croquer is that they also collect and distribute gifts to the homeless and poor in Paris, along with that, making sure that all of their events raise awareness.
Two months ago, Fee Croquer organized the best party with a pretty cool techno line-up, take a look now! (insert video)

Representing the BNK crew is Darzack, one of the youngest French DJs we’re inviting to our studio. BNK themselves were formed in 2016 by two French guys Bryan and Kamil, who used the first letters of their name to create the name of their brand. In just a few months, they were able to evolve massively, creative quality techno events in the suburban warehouses of Paris.
As BNK threw events, their lineups got more and more hyped! BNK UFO has been one of their biggest ones yet, Ellen Alien and Regal part of the lineup! Check out the aftermovie of that now! (insert video)

And closing of our Parisian Warehouse theme this May for Live DJ Set is DJ ABSL, who is performing for our Clubbing TV audience this May 31.
DJ ABSL is part of Myst, which was an association created in 2017. The name Myst is inspired by an abstract concept showing the will of a collective to sublimate music by art. So, you can guess, Myst does throw techno events, but they are more private to create a more intimate setting, paying ode to how Berlin does it. When you go to Myst, you can’t take photos or videos just so that people truly enjoy the experience and feel they have a little more freedom being unwatched! Sometimes, they even invite dancers and singers to perform on stage!
