The label Mama told ya is back! Its Boss, the French Techno DJ, and producer Anetha announced a new release: ‘Rules are meant to be broken‘ EP.
She invited the outstanding Canadian DJ and producer, now Berlin-based, Ryan James Ford to work on this 6th release. It won’t be the first collaboration as «Snake Biter (1999 Mix)» was on Mama Told Ya last’s compilation «L’eau repousse les feux agressifs».
MTY005 includes 5 rule-breaking tracks. 4 are produced by Ryan James Ford and one is co-produced between Ryan and Anetha. «Rules are meant to be broken» : Mama hits it again with a powerful message that reminds us to always go beyond.
The dripping cool artwork has been commissioned to russian digital artist Kitasavi. Truly regressive, joyfully transgressive, Kitasavi’s work had to be showcased in this new MTY opus particularly. Diplomatie Studio took care of the design, mastering was entrusted to Sixbitdeep, as usual.
