Revered Parisian electronic label Ed Banger announces one of its biggest shows to date, celebrating its 18th birthday party with an unmissable line-up!
Rendez-vous on November 19th, 2021, at the Electric Brixton, for Ed Banger‘s 18th birthday show, with Gaspard Augé (of Justice) b2b So-Me, Myd (live band), Breakbot b2b Irfane, Busy P b2b Heidi and Mad Rey!
Ed Banger Records is known as one of the most celebrated electronic music labels of its time. Founded by former Daft Punk manager Pedro Winter, aka Busy P, and having risen from Parisian cool to global sensation, the label houses a myriad of DJ-producers and continues to add resonant, credible music to its catalog that appeals on an international scale.
Known for launching many dancefloor fillers over the years, the Ed Banger empire has churned out some huge hits over the past 18 years, including the late, great DJ Mehdi’s Lucky Boy, Breakbot’s Baby I’m Yours, Cassius’ I <3 U So, and Uffie’s Pop the Glock.
The celebrated label now announces a very special London show, marking a cool 18 years in the game, at the iconic Electric Brixton in London.
Leading the charge, and best known as one half of the Grammy-winning French electronic duo Justice, is producer Gaspard Augé who recently released his inaugural single ‘Force Majeure’, taken from forthcoming debut Escapades. He goes b2b in a very special set with Ed Banger’s uber-creative So Me, whose talents include animation, graphic design, and music production, having created music videos for Kanye West, Kid Cudi, and more.
Also performing is artist, bandmate, and beat-maker Myd with a highly anticipated live set, and longstanding, distinguished producer Breakbot, who goes b2b with distinctive vocalist and longtime collaborator Irfane.
Ed Banger head honcho Pedro Winter, aka Busy P, shifted from being an emblematic figure of the Parisian underground to the Frenchman who makes the whole world dance. He joins forces with Canadian techno/house DJ Heidi, best known as the founder of Jackathon Jams, for a b2b set not to be missed.
Rounding off the night is co-founder of ‘Red Lebanese’ independent publishing house and music label, Mad Rey. A graduate of the Beaux-Arts de Paris, signature of the house and techno label D.KO Records, and a hip-hop producer under the name ‘L Rey’, this multi-talent completes a stunning night of electronic music.
