The digital collectibles platform is setting up a mentorship program to support female artists and to help elevate their careers.
To mark International Women’s Day 2022, digital collectible platform RCRDSHP has announced a brand new 4-week mentorship program to support and elevate women in dance music. Five female artists will get access to four workshops led by RCRDSHP partners including top labels, artists, and producers. A special NFT pack celebrating women in dance music will also drop on March 8th with proceeds donated to an organization that supports women in music.
The mentorship program will see five women work on perfecting a new track which will then be available on RCRDSHP’s platform for purchase at the end of April. The workshops will include one-on-one coaching sessions where highly-respected expert mentors will share their experiences as well as insider tips and top tricks about the music industry.
RCRDSHP’s special International Women’s Day 2022 drop will celebrate the platform’s talent with exclusives from key artists including vocalist Crystal Waters, Formidable DJ, producer and singer-songwriterJES, EDM innovator and platinum-selling singerLena Leon and award-winning British label boss, pioneering drum & bass artist and songwriterDJ Rap.
