Robin M launched his new Hawaiian inspired Afro-House Label ULU, with the release of the EP 'Ho'omaka Ana / Spirit Of Sarangi'!
London-based DJ, producer Robin M has recently released Afro, Deep, Tech, and Tribal sound. He now turns his output into the newly formed label ULU! It features its debut EP ‘Ho’omaka Ana’ and ‘Spirit Of Sarangi’.
“The aim for ULU is for every release to be inspired from different countries around the world. Be that with an African vocal, hang drum or Sarangi, while still driven by drums and interesting melodies” – Robin M
His recent release ‘Vazilando’ dominated the Beatport Top 10 Afro chart for more than 6 months. Moreover, his release ‘Moment’ was streamed over 15 million times.
His new EP is inspired by Hawaii. The debut label release displays his continued fascination with underground global sounds. Also, the track to launch the ULU label fits. ‘Ho’omaka Ana’ actually means ‘Beginning’.
