Paul Kalkbrenner has revisited the famous track ‘Techno Monkey‘ released in 2016 by Simina Grigoriu!
This track by Paul kicks off a three-volume series of remixes that will roll out in 2021 on her Kuukou Records label. This is the first time Simina has collaborated publically with her husband. You can listen to one of her sets for Clubbing TV, right HERE!
Kalkbrenner’s remix embodies the grand techno sound that he has made his own over the last twenty-plus years. With this reinterpretation, he keeps the track sounding as fresh today as it did on its release. Its seven melodic, emotive, and propulsive minutes, offer a unique ‘Techno Monkey’.
